Compelling communication is critical to your success.
Whenever you interact with others you are communicating:- from your posture to your gestures; from the tone of your voice to the words you use, you are making a clear statement about your beliefs, conviction, personality and emotional state.

When you begin speaking, you are opening yourself up to a world of evaluation and judgement and making a clear statement about your values and beliefs.

You are invited to participate in my workshop to explore the fundamentals of effective communication and how to make a compelling pitch to the market place.

REGISTER HERE

In the time Frank is with us on stage he will be touching on fear, value and boundaries.
Fear: Is it hindering you to grow or move forward into your full potential as entrepreneurs?
Value: Health and wellbeing is a predominantly service based product, are you limiting your value by basing it on a skill set?
Boundaries: Knowing what works for you and what doesn’t, who’s draining your energies?

DeLorean Showcase
REGISTER HERE

D-Day, our Year 10 DeLorean Project Showcase evening, is all about celebrating the ‘startup’ journey. It’s the culmination of a year of students' collaborative work attempting to bring their ideas to life. The challenge: Solve a real problem, leveraging technology and an entrepreneurial mindset to do so. Students have had to navigate the Lean Startup landscape and develop the ‘21st Century’ skills that will prepare them for the changing future of work. Critical and creative thinking, problem solving and innovation, and communicating ideas via ‘the pitch’ have all been part of the learning.
Students have navigated the spectrum of emotions, from negotiating team stresses and conflict and dealing with disappointments, to celebrating a successful prototype, the positive validation of an idea in the community or the first sales transaction.
Every Wednesday, the Year 10 cohort of Glasshouse Christian College have been challenged to think for themselves, negotiate and lead their own learning, and step into the world that awaits them. Come and see what they’ve achieved in a year and hear what they’ve learned along the way.

Create and Nail your Audio Logo with Julia Mckeowen.

Discover how to convey the HEART of your business in a short “Elevator Pitch” to generate curiosity, leads and increase sales! Have you ever been asked that dreaded question: “What do you do?” and notice that a slightly different response slips out of your mouth, almost every time? Or perhaps you have a well-orchestrated response, but it’s starting to sound a little too rehearsed, or even like a pre-recorded sales pitch? Imagine what it would be like to transform your sales conversations so they are fun, enjoyable and fulfilling for you and your potential customer? Julia McKeowen has approached over 60 000 customers during her sales career and has mastered the art of creating curiosity and interest, leaving customers wanting to know more. “When we connect into the heart of what we do, and get present to our unique gifts, it becomes clear how we support others and contribute to their lives. From this place, we express and convey our services and products authentically, without force.” Julia calls this, a Heart-Centred Elevator Pitch! (AKA Audio Logo, Ice-Breaker, Business pitch) Our “Elevator Pitch” can be created in a way that it is so special to us, that no matter what we are feeling when we say this, we are immediately connected into our heart and our soul-business calling. This initiates a conversation that creates real connection, builds rapport and naturally generates leads and referrals.

Opportunity on the day to book in for your 1 hour Audio Logo. During your private consult, Julia will guide you into the heart of your business and help you find the words to express what you do in a way that lights you up inside, so you share from a place of joy! You will leave the consultation with: • 1 x Heart-Centred Elevator Pitch • The skills to create Elevator Pitches for additional specialised areas of your business • Inspired! With a warm a fuzzy feeling about who you are and what you gift to your community and to the planet Most people have some sort of Elevator Pitch, but if you want to go a step further and create a heart-centred elevator pitch that inspires you – so much so, you start making new exciting connections, generating more leads and sales, then schedule yourself in for a consult with Julia.

This is a free event however must be ticketed through eventbrite for numbers.
